JOB DESCRIPTION
- Making quotation, per season/order, buyer’s forecast control.
- Working to develop items, colors.
- Support Sales side in concerns related to buyer’s request.
- Coordination between Salesperson and Global Marketing Group
- Notify the estimated time of production, prepare shipping documents, follow and update the production situation, and train schedule for customers.
- Prepare import/export shipping document and
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries, requests and claims after sales.
- Monitor and summarize monthly invoices, remind customers to pay debts when due.
- Other tasks assigned by Marketing Leader/Managers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Graduated from College/University
- Experience: Welcome fresher or having 1-2 years’ experience is an advantage.
- Skills:
- English: Upper-Intermediate. Knowing Chinese is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Hard-working, aggressive with good communication skills.
- Experience in trim or textile is preferred.
