The Fold-over Tape Zipper can eliminate part of the binding process for vendors.
It reduces the thickness of the garment and allows for easier sewing, due to the unique folding line of the zipper tape.
Additionally, sewing steps can be reduced and simplified with the use of YKK’s original jig tool.
These features provide the garment with a cleaner and sleeker look.
A sewing test is recommended prior to adopting this zipper in bulk. Please contact your local YKK staff for more details.
The recommended fabric thickness is 0.01mm to 0.9mm (sewing with YKK jig).
