With the newly relaxed Covid measures,YHA President, Mr Miimi took the opportunity to visitYKK Vietnam⁄s Nhon Trach Factory on the July 20th to speak with both Japanese and Vietnamese managers to share his insight and experience working from home during the pandemic.

During the dialogue, the managers shared their experience and suggestions they had while working during the epidemic period. This gave both sides a clearer understanding of their respective work challenges. Mr Miimi will work closely with the Japanese managers to incorporate the suggestions given by the localVietnamese managers. In closing, Mr Miimi expressed his gratitude to the employees who stood by the company during the pandemic, and he hopes that they will continue developing themselves to tackle future challenges.

On Jun 7th, 2024,YKK VietNam was visited by YHA President Mr. Miimi. Lucky employees from different departments were given the chance to ask questions.

The dialogue was not just about YKK, but also Mr. Miimis experiences ¡in life, the struggles he faced and how he handled each situation with a positive mindset.
