Snag-less Zipper

The Snag-less Zipper was developed from our No. 5 Coil Zipper. The special tape has a raised ridge down its length next to the elements that helps prevent fabric snagging from the sides. The back of the special slider is V-shaped, forming a wedge-shaped indent that feeds the two zipper sides in at an angle , helping to prevent fabric being drawn into the zipper when closing it (when compared to the No. 5 Coil Zipper).
At the present time (2023), only the chain and slider are available in the product lineup. This means the main application is tents, but we are considering rolling out products for use in sleeping bags and garments.
