On August 25, 2025, YKK Vietnam Co., Ltd. was honored to welcome a delegation of faculty members and students from Kwansei Gakuin University (Japan) – Faculty of Commerce, including 19 students and 2 professors, for a factory tour and learning exchange.
During the visit, the students had the opportunity to observe YKK’s zipper production line, gain insights into operational processes and quality control systems, and listen to practical sharing sessions about human resource management and corporate culture at YKK Vietnam. The program provided students with a realistic perspective on working environments in a global manufacturing enterprise, while broadening their understanding and practical knowledge in international trade.
The visit also served as a valuable occasion for YKK Vietnam and Kwansei Gakuin University to strengthen mutual understanding, cultural exchange, and cooperation between Vietnam and Japan. Through this activity, YKK Vietnam aims to promote the spirit of the “Cycle of Goodness” – growing together for the common good, and to inspire young generations to continuously explore, learn, and nurture creativity in their future careers.
