Job Description

• Responsible for strengthening the development foundation of new zippers, developing human resources, and improving technical capabilities in product development, especially in manufacturing methods and equipment development to meet customer demands.

• Collect daily customer information by visiting customers and conducting interviews.

• Propose developed products, special products, and regular products for production and business based on customer needs, supporting sales promotion activities.

• Provide necessary basic mechanical design knowledge training to subordinates and employees, who will serve as product development engineers and, later, system engineers.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Proficient in both English and Japanese.

• Transportation provided from Bien Hoa and HCM to the Nhon Trach factory.
