JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage operators & leader (100 -200 persons), goods, quality & quantity.
- Take care KPI, productivity, safety.
- Be involved in process improvement
- Other details of the job will be discussed in the interview.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated College or University.
- Manufacturing management experience (management 30 people or more)
- Can speak English or Japanese
- Good knowledge about manufacturing systems like 5S, 4M, PDCA…
- Know to use word, excel, power point
- Management skill (The first important)
- Hard – working, enthusiastic.
