JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handle administrative procedures for foreign employees, including:
    • Work Permits, Visas, Temporary Residence Cards, etc.
  • Translate and interpret in Japanese in the following situations:
    • Translation of internal documents and reports
    • Interpretation during meetings with Japanese managers or when presenting department reports
  • Coordinate operation and supervision of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), including:
    • Access control systems
    • Face ID and fingerprint recognition systems
    • CCTV surveillance systems and related devices
  • Manage the company’s mobile phone subscriptions: allocation, usage tracking, and liaising with service providers.
  • Perform other HR & Administrative tasks as assigned by the Department Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Education: College degree or higher (preferably in Human Resources, Office Administration, Japanese Language, or related fields)
  2. Experience: At least 2 years in HR & Administration, with specific experience in handling documentation for foreign employees
  3. Skills:
    • Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, proactive
    • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Able to work both independently and collaboratively
