JOB DESCRIPTION
· Conducting regular maintenance on machinery
· Management tasks for machinery installed in garment factories
· Carrying out routine maintenance of machinery
· Immediate response to machine trouble
· Handling claims and conducting investigations to determine causes and implement corrective actions
· Proposing improvements and modifications to installed machinery
· Conducting regular in-house training sessions to enhance machinery skills
· Feedback on machinery and customer information
· Providing operational guidance to operators during machinery relocation and installation
· Analysis of machine operating conditions
· Coordination and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (such as sales, engineering, factory teams)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Qualifications: Graduated from intermediate, college, or university with a major related to engineering or technical fields.
2. Work experience: At least 1 year of experience in machinery maintenance
3. Skills:
· Experience in the maintenance or repair of industrial machinery, equipment, or sewing-related devices is preferred.
· Those with experience as a field engineer at a manufacturer or service company
· Experience in the maintenance of air conditioning and climate control systems
· Practical experience as an electrician
· Basic computer skills (such as Word, Excel, and email)
· Able to enter work reports and inspection records.
· Able to read instruction manuals in English
· A person who demonstrates adaptability and a strong sense of responsibility on site
· A person who is motivated to learn new skills and has a continuous desire for self-improvement.
· A person who values teamwork and demonstrates strong cooperation skills
· Ability to communicate effectively with customers
· A person who can communicate smoothly with factory staff and on-site personnel.
