JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate with QC and other departments to respond to internal claim issues
- Coordinate with shift leaders/team leaders to improve processes, control department quality
- Manage change points, kaizen
- Perform other tasks assigned by Department Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Graduated from College or higher
- Experience:
– At least 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing plant and 1 year of experience as a Quality Officer/Team Leader
– Experience in QA/QC is an advantage
- Skills:
– English or Japanese communication level
– Have communication skills, teamwork and creative thinking
– Good office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Have skills to analyze, synthesize data and make reports
