JOB DESCRIPTION
- HR Planning & Policy Development
- Support strategic planning and project management for HR&GA functions.
- Develop and manage HR policies/processes (performance evaluation, grading system, promotion, salary & bonus review).
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze HR data from multiple locations.
- Prepare reports to support productivity improvement and cost control.
- HR System & Data Management
- Manage and standardize HR data through centralized systems (e.g. AiHR)
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across locations.
- Compliance & HR Governance
- Support HR planning activities related to company rules, CLA, EES
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal regulations, and audit requirements.
- Others: Perform other tasks assigned by Managers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Graduated from University or above
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in an international work environment.
- Experience in designing, revising, and operating HR systems (grading, evaluation, compensation)
- Skills:
- Proficient in English or Japanese.
- Strong HR data handling and analysis skills (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- A change-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement (As-Is/To-Be thinking).
- Ability to view HR issues from a business and management perspective.
