JOB DESCRIPTION
- Follow up customer payments and achieve collection targets.
- Monitor customer accounts, overdue balances, and resolve payment issues with customers and Sales team.
- Follow up sales contracts and ensure all related documents are updated.
- Reconcile bank transactions and post them into SAP on time.
- Issue debit notes and send them to customers.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and support other requests from management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: Having 2-3 years’ experience is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Good command at English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with accounting software or SAP system is an advantage.
- Careful, honest, and highly responsible at work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
SALARY: Negotiable
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Employment type: Full-time official staff
- Workplace: 4th& 10th Floor, AB Tower, 76 Le Lai Street., Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, (Mon to Fri). Saturday morning work is required according to the company schedule (18 Saturdays per year).
