JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Accounts & Customer Management
  • Manage key global accounts (EU/US buyers) and maintain customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with buyers, importers, and trading offices to support business growth.
  • Conduct customer visits with the sales team to identify and expand S&B opportunities.
  1. Product Development & Marketing
  • Develop S&B products, catalogs, and seasonal color variations.
  • Collaborate with GMG and PSG teams on product and marketing strategies.
  • Participate in exhibitions, factory visits, and buyer meetings to promote new products.
  1. Sales Support & Business Coordination
  • Prepare quotations and support buyer-related requests.
  • Manage forecasts and projections from buyers/GMG and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Work with internal teams to develop new business opportunities.
  1. Operations & Issue Management
  • Handle customer claims and resolve issues.
  • Follow up on action plans and tasks assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Sourcing, or Merchandising.
  3. Skills:
    • English: Good command, knowing Chinese is an advantage
    • Good at MS Office (Word, Excel,…).
    • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proactive, hardworking, and results-driven mindset.
    • Experience in trims or textile industry is an advantage.

SALARY: Negotiable

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • Employment type: Full-time official staff
  • Workplace: 4th & 10th Floor, AB Tower, 76 Le Lai Street., Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, (Mon to Fri). Saturday morning work is required according to the company schedule (18 Saturdays per year).
