JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the maintenance and operation of the automated warehouse system.
- Maintain and improve existing factory automation systems.
- Propose, develop, and enhance production monitoring/display screens (utilize AI tools to improve work efficiency).
- Prepare contracts and coordinate communications with contractors.
- Manage and arrange work shifts within the department.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare reports.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Department Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Graduated from a vocational school, college, or higher in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Experience
– At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
– Experience in maintaining and operating automated warehouse systems, improving production lines, or related automation systems.
- Skills
– Basic communication skills in English or Japanese (preferred but not required)
– Good proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, etc.).
– Good understanding of the practical applications of automation equipment such as PLCs, HMIs, etc.
– Creative mindset.
– Good communication and teamwork skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
– Strong analytical, data consolidation, and reporting skills.
