JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work with subcontractors for DTM (Dyed To Match) and rubber puller development.
- Cooperate with the Sales and Design Departments regarding rubber puller designs for customer approval and sample arrangement.
- Work closely with the QC, Dyeing, and other related departments for new rubber puller development.
- Prepare weekly, monthly reports on DTM status and control DTM lead time control within 3 days.
- Perform basic administrative work, including purchasing office supplies for the department.
- Maintain and file DTM data, records, and related documents.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Department Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: College degree or above in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
– No experience required.
– Experience in a manufacturing environment or new product development activities is preferred.
- Skills:
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
– Basic English (with 4 skills).
– Good color recognition ability; not color blind.
– Strong coordination, follow-up, and reporting skills.
– Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
– Able to work effectively with cross-functional departments and external suppliers.
