On October 30, November 6, and November 12, YKK Vietnam had welcoming students from Lac Hong University, Faculty of Economics – Administration, to visit and gain practical experience at the YKK Vietnam factory. This recurring activity aims to help students access a modern manufacturing environment, gain a clearer understanding of global corporate culture, and shape their future career orientation.
During the visit, students observed the modern production line operating under YKK Group’s strict standards. From material processing to final quality control, they learned how a small product like a zipper requires precision, synchronization, and an unwavering commitment to quality. This hands-on experience helped students better visualize how academic knowledge is applied in a professional manufacturing environment.
In addition to the factory tour, students also took part in discussion sessions with representatives from Marketing, Compliance, and Quality Control departments. Practical insights into essential skills, work culture, and career expectations in a global enterprise broadened their perspectives, enabling them to better understand future career paths and how to adapt to modern workplace environments.
