YKK Viet Nam Employees Dialogue Session with Mr. Sarumaru, Chairman, YKK Corporation On 14th dan 2024, employees of YKK Viet Nam were honoured to have a face-to-face dialogue session with Mr. Sarumaru, Chairman, YKK Corporation.

Mr. Sarumaru made known his desire to hear feedback on how YKK employees are coping with the “New Normalˆ and the dialogue session was held. Valuable insights were shared by Mr. Sarumaru, which covered topics ranging from business issues such as digitisaton and environmental sustainability to individuallevel issues such as employee engagement and workplace incentives. Mr. Sarumaru, in his closing remark, emphasised that despite the economic headwinds this year, YKK stays resilient and remains committed to the overall betterment and personal growth of employees.

Being a employee, what strongly resonates with me is the top management’s openness to ideas and willingness to implement them, which has encouraged YKK’s unrestrictive shiÍt towards a more inclusive, dynamic and conducive workplace.
