JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. HR Planning & Policy Development
  • Support strategic planning and project management for HR&GA functions.
  • Develop and manage HR policies/processes (performance evaluation, grading system, promotion, salary & bonus review).
  1. Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze HR data from multiple locations.
  • Prepare reports to support productivity improvement and cost control.
  1. HR System & Data Management
  • Manage and standardize HR data through centralized systems (e.g. AiHR)
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across locations.
  1. Compliance & HR Governance
  • Support HR planning activities related to company rules, CLA, EES
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal regulations, and audit requirements.
  1. Others: Perform other tasks assigned by Managers.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Education: Graduated from University or above
  2. Experience:
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in an international work environment.
  • Experience in designing, revising, and operating HR systems (grading, evaluation, compensation)
  1. Skills:
    • Proficient in English or Japanese.
    • Strong HR data handling and analysis skills (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
    • A change-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement (As-Is/To-Be thinking).
    • Ability to view HR issues from a business and management perspective.  

SALARY: Negotiable

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • Employment type: Full-time official staff
  • Workplace: 4th& 10th Floor, AB Tower, 76 Le Lai Street., Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, (Mon to Fri). Saturday morning work is required according to the company schedule (18 Saturdays per year).
