JOB DESCRIPTION
• Conduct identification and risk assessments for machinery and production activities
• Perform machine safety assessments in compliance with Vietnamese standards and group/ corporate standards
• Manage fire protection and firefighting activities, including inspection, maintenance, and system operation
• Develop and implement Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) plans
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure safety compliance within the factory
• Manage contractors working at the factory
• Develop training materials and organize safety training programs
• Perform other tasks assigned by Department Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education: Graduated from College or higher with major in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics/ Industrial Electrical Engineering, or related fields
2. Experience:
• At least 3 years of experience in design, installation, or operation of electrical systems/equipment
• At least 2 years of experience in a factory environment in a team leader or management position
• Experience in machine design or fabrication is an advantage
3. Skills:
• English or Japanese communication level
• Good office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Have skills to analyze, synthesize data and make reports
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings; CAD skills preferred
• Risk identification and assessment related to machinery and work activities
• Experience in conducting internal and external training
• Have communication skills, teamwork and creative thinking
