JOB DESCRIPTION
– Manage IT infrastructure: Network, Server, ERP, CCTV, Endpoints, IT assets, Licenses, Inventory
– CMDB, Backup, Disaster recovery (DR), and system monitoring
– Ensure IT system availability for production and office operations
– Lead local IT support team and handle major incidents
– Implement and comply with YKK Global IT policies and security standards
– Manage IT assets, licenses, and documentation
– Coordinate with vendors, HQ IT
– Support internal audits, ISO 27001
– Perform other tasks as assigned by IT manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education: Graduated from College or higher
2. Experience:
– Minimum 5–8 years of IT experience, including at least 2–3 years in a senior or leadership role
– Proven experience in manufacturing or factory IT environments
– Experience with IT security
– Experience working in Japanese or FDI companies is a strong advantage
3. Skills:
– Strong background in IT Infrastructure & Operations (factory environment preferred)
– English or Japanese communication level
