JOB DESCRIPTION
- Install, manage, and troubleshoot internal software (Microsoft 365, WINGS,…) and IT equipment (computers, printers, photocopiers,…)
- Manage and monitor the LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, VPN, and network devices
- Configure, check, and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, access points, and network connections between sites
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and related IT infrastructure services
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, system backup/restore, and monitor system performance
- Work with vendors and internal departments to solve issues, implement projects, and improve the IT infrastructure
- Maintain network diagrams, system documents, and equipment records, and ensure compliance with the Company’s ISMS security requirements
- Perform other tasks assigned by Department Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: College degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 2 years working experience at the same position.
- Skills:
– Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, firewall, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and DHCP
– Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, file servers, backup, and access control
– Basic understanding of system security and IT operation procedures
– Able to analyze and troubleshoot network and server issues
– Able to read and understand technical documents in English
– Good communication and teamwork skills
– Careful, responsible, and able to follow procedures
– Proactive, willing to learn, and ready to support when issues occur
– Experience with network and server administration in a company or manufacturing environment is preferred
+ Experience with firewalls, L2/L3 switches, VPN, Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, or backup systems is an advantage
+ IT certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Windows Server, Azure Fundamentals, Security+, … are a plus
