JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide interpretation support for the Manager (mainly Japanese ↔ Vietnamese)
- Translate documents related to machinery and operations
- Prepare and update operating manuals
- Support daily communication between Japanese managers and local staff
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: High school or above
- Experience: Experience working at a Japanese company (preferably in Mechanical Engineering) is an advantage
- Skills:
- Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 or higher
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good presentation skills in Japanese
