JOB DESCRIPTION
- Review and provide legal consultation on contracts and legal documents
- Review and advise on customer legal requirements
- Plan and conduct CSR assessments for suppliers and subcontractors
- Support external audits related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Conduct YGCC self-checks and internal audits (YHA / YKK Group audits)
- Monitor and control social compliance of suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare and submit WBS reports to YHA
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Section Chief
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Experience: Have experience in legal consulting, legal matters in a manufacturing company, or contract review
- Skills:
- Good communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills
- Strong skills in drafting contracts and legal documents
- Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
