JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain and repair machines and equipment.
- Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair of machines, pumps, valves, piping systems, drive systems, and related equipment.
- Inspect molds, machines, equipment, and materials.
- Support machine operation activities.
- Enter data and prepare reports.
- Carry out daily 5S activities.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Graduated from College or higher
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in machine and equipment maintenance in a manufacturing company
- Skills:
– Experience with textile dyeing machines (Jet, Beam, Overflow, etc.) is preferred.
– Able to read mechanical and equipment drawings.
– Knowledge of maintenance and repair for pumps, valves, piping systems, and other mechanical equipment.
– Able to perform TIG/MIG welding and use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
– Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
– Basic MS Office skills.
