JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive customer requests for sample development
- Register product/item codes
- Receive and handle customer complaints
- Weekly and monthly production reports for managers
- Perform other tasks assigned by Department Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Graduated from College or higher
- Experience: Not required (candidates without experience are accepted)
- Skills:
– Basic English or Japanese with 4 skills
– Have communication skills, teamwork and creative thinking
– Good office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Have skills to analyze, synthesize data
