JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage workers and shift leaders during assigned shifts.
- Ensure effective production operations.
- Control and supervise the team to ensure daily production plans are achieved.
- Monitor and manage KPIs, productivity, and safety.
- Participate in process improvement activities.
- Manage goals and performance results specific to each production area.
- Other job details will be discussed during the interview.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from college or university.
- At least 2 year of experience in Production Management.
- Good command of English.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing systems such as 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, 4M, QC 7 tools, and PDCA.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; able to use Pareto charts.
- Strong people management skills.
- Hard‑working and enthusiastic.
- Priority will be given to candidates living in Nhon Trach or Long Thanh
