JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle and respond to customer quality claims; prepare and issue claim reports to customers.
- Analyze defective samples and collaborate with relevant departments to identify root causes.
- Issue corrective action forms and monitor implementation progress until completion.
- Communicate with the Sales team regarding quality-related questions and issues.
- Support team members and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: College degree or higher preferably in Chemistry
- Experience: No prior experience required, training will be provided
- Skills:
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good English communication skills (email and reporting)
