JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive and analyze recruitment requests from relevant departments.
- Source, build, and develop candidate pipelines; manage recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and coordinate recruitment interviews.
- Handle new employee onboarding procedures (offer, onboarding, and pre-employment documentation).
- Organize orientation training for new employees, including company rules, regulations, and employee benefits.
- Manage employee records and update HR data in the system.
- Prepare recruitment reports and perform other tasks assigned by the Department Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Graduated from College or higher with major in Human Resource Management, Administration, Foreign Language, …
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment at manufacturing companies with a workforce of 500 employees or more.
- Skills:
- Good command of English (or Japanese) in communication and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Good sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
- Good problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Creative thinking and proactive working attitude.
