JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and supervise quality inspection activities in the post-painting area
- Identify, analyze, and validate defects during the production process
- Assign tasks and manage inspectors to ensure efficient workflow
- Conduct daily briefings to communicate production updates and quality requirements
- Monitor product quality and implement actions to reduce defects and customer complaints
- Analyze root causes of quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare and present regular quality reports to management
- Train and develop team members on inspection standards and procedures
- Collaborate with Production and other departments to improve overall quality performance
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, and quality control procedures
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or College degree in a relevant field
- Experience: Minimum experience as QC staff or team leader in a manufacturing environment
- Skills:
- Strong observation and defect evaluation skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities (especially defect root cause analysis)
- Ability to distinguish colors and identify visual defects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to train and guide team members effectively
