JOB DESCRIPTION
- Control and monitor work shifts (Human Resources, Operations, Quality, etc.)
- Synthesize data and prepare reports
- Check the operating status of machinery and accessories
- Coordinate with departments during work
- Support operational work
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Graduated from College or higher
- Experience:
– Management experiences
– Knowledge of die casting or injection molding is an advantage
- Skills:
– English or Japanese communication level
– Have communication skills, teamwork and creative thinking
– Good office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Have skills to analyze, synthesize data and make reports
